That lets the business answer the only question that matters early: did this reduce workload, cycle time, or error rate in a way that operators actually trust?
Once the answer is yes, the agent pattern can expand into adjacent workflows. But the sequence matters. Enterprises that try to start with a platform vision often spend too much time on architecture and not enough time on proving value.
